These terms and conditions apply to products and services provided by
EnergyRevealed.com and the client of these services upon initiation of a service can choose to become a paying
customer.
Only EnergyRevealed.com or the owners of this website are authorized to modify
these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions in effect in time of contract will stay in effect regardless of
current Terms and Conditions employed by EnergyRevealed.com.
A customer is responsible for providing accurate and genuine information to
EnergyRevealed.com. EnergyRevealed.com will deliver its services based upon the information provided by the
customer at the time of the service.
Service and delivery time of the product is almost always instant as the products are
digitally downloaded saving valuable time waiting for mail to arrive. EnergyRevealed.com accepts no other
liability in addition to the commitments noted or for delivery of the products and or services at this website is
totally a recommendation only. EnergyRevealed.com does not sell or store any products in house nor do we sell
anything.
EnergyRevealed.com does not accept, at any time, terms and conditions of any
service from third parties or any other websites which are within capacity of the customers requested service or
product. If either the Customer or EnergyRevealed.com detects any potential direct conflict of interest they
must inform the other party in the quickest amount of time including information about the nature and capacity of
disagreement.
The customer will receive the downloadable product only after the product has been
paid for.
EnergyRevealed.com will not disclose the customers name and contact information
and the information provided by the customer for the development serving the purpose of requested
services.
The customer is responsible for safeguarding and responsible use of delivered
material. The customer shall not disclose these materials to entities that might have the potential to reproduce
and use the provided material illegally in any way.
EnergyRevealed.com shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the customer
resulting from the use of provided materials in the requested service. The customer shall
indemnify EnergyRevealed.com against any third party claims arising from employment of materials in the
requested service and anything mentioned on this website or any other linked website.
Should there be any changes to project’s plan, specification or other characteristics
in proposed by the Client, Eco Engineering reserves the right to amend and adjust Proposed Fees and Rates and well
as Service Delivery Time on its own understanding and discretion.
Upon arise of any dispute between EnergyRevealed.com and any customer, that
arise from contracts, agreements or any other such points between parties, this dispute shall be determined by a
competent court of law within the State of New South Whales of the Commonwealth of Australia. This is not
negotiable and is agreed upon when you choose to use any recommendation from this website.
